This product is the perfect solution for eliminating ground loops, preventing noise coupling, and protecting ports from power surges and voltage spikes, all while offering high-speed performance.

The High-Speed isolator provides galvanic isolation between the USB host and device, safeguarding the device from power shocks and preventing troublesome ground loops in audio applications. It supports USB transfer modes: Low (1.5Mbps), Full (12Mbps), and Hi-Speed (480Mbps), with Hi-Speed (480Mbps) essential for DACs that support sample rates above 96kHz/24bit, as well as multi-channel DACs.

This new isolator delivers more power, providing 400mA to the connected device, compared to 200mA from other USB isolators. While it does not support USB SuperSpeed (5Gbps) – a mode rarely used by audio devices – it remains fully compatible with audio hardware. Please note that Thunderbolt is not supported by this isolator, though only a few audio devices require it.
